Abstract: Exponential technologies bring 1E7-fold improvements in reading and 1E17 fold in writing biopolymers. Viruses have been made extinct and de-extinct, made 100-fold more targeted for brain and 10-fold less targeted for liver for gene therapies. Radical genome recoding brings resistance to all viruses. Endogenous viruses have been disabled genome-wide for safe organ transplants. Evolution and development are being greatly accelerated and decelerated for a variety of applications.
