A presentation from 2025–2026 Radcliffe fellow Shafiqul Islam

Shafiqul Islam is a professor of engineering and diplomacy at Tufts University, where he directs the Water Diplomacy Program and D3M@Tufts. At Radcliffe, he will advance his work on engineering diplomacy to develop a principled pragmatic framework for addressing complex societal problems through actionable synthesis of science, policy, and politics under uncertainty and ambiguity.
