You are invited to a museum community-building event. The Peabody Museum of Archaeology & Ethnology is hosting an outdoor Day of the Dead commemoration. To set the mood for our simple outdoor “step” altar, join our chalking activity to decorate the sidewalk with Día de los Muertos imagery: cempasuchil (marigold flowers), candles, and sugar skulls. There will be templates to color in and spaces to fill in with a design of your own.
