The Day of Civic Action (April 29th) is a unified day of civic engagement for Harvard College. We want as many students as possible to take some form of civic action on April 29th, the first day of reading period. On this day, students might call their local representatives, attend a town meeting, get educated on a civic issue, or learn a new skill. There will be live educational and advocacy events and a bank of asynchronous civic engagement opportunities. The day will build on the momentum from the 2020 election, provide pathways for future civic involvement, and bolster Harvard’s civic culture.
