As we come to the end of the semester and prepare for exams and transitions, it's a good time to shore up some resilience and boost coping skills.

Some questions:

Ever feel overwhelmed? That failure is not an option? Can’t catch a break? Worried about what's happening in the world while trying to focus on academics? Or, you just want some peace of mind and to enjoy student life?

This Spring workshop series offers skills training and support rooted in evidence-based practices: mindfulness, positive psychology, resilience, and self-compassion.

Learn about the power of positive neuroplasticity to overcome the brain’s negativity bias and learn skills to hardwire happiness, grow inner strengths, and lead from your heart… and still strive for excellence.

Join for one session or hop in at any time. You are more likely to experience the benefits by attending all three sessions.
