Living off-campus? Dealing with remote learning?

Come to an ongoing Psycho-Educational Support group for undergraduates living on or off campus to gain support and concrete strategies for handling the many aspects of being a student in the time of COVID, as well as other ongoing current events, inlcuding learning virtually.

Come to just listen, and/or discuss in a safe confidential virtual space,  such concerns as finding connection while being virtual, social distancing, and navigating time alone so you can turn it into “thriving time.”  We will learn about:

  • Increasing  skills in maintaining structure and routine for optimal wellness and health
  • Coping with uncertainty, current events, and loneliness
  • Managing  academic pressures
  • Increasing and maintaining fun activities  within the constraints of the pandemic.

We will meet via Telehealth on Zoom, Spring Semester, Thursdays 4-5 pm.

Open to all registered Harvard students (undergrad, graduate, recent grads) who have paid the 2020-2021 Student Health Fee.

If you are interested, please email the group leader directly and include your Student ID number, which allows CAMHS to securely message the workshop/group zoom link. Contact Janet Lawrence, LICSW directly at Jlawrence@huhs.harvard.edu
