These uncertain times can leave our nervous systems and minds stuck on the rumination station. Simple Tai Chi movements and concepts can help change the channel. It can be difficult to talk ourselves out of fatigue and anxiety etc., but we can move our way out. We’ll explore basic Tai chi warm-ups, shapes and elements in the spirit of kind curiosity and rejuvenation. It’s all about the discovery channel! A little movement goes a long way. No experience necessary.
