It can be hard to get enough or quality sleep.
- Do you have trouble falling or staying asleep?
- Feel like you just don’t have enough time to sleep?
- Are you needing lots of caffeine to stay awake?
This drop-in session can help. It’s an opportunity to ask questions and get tips on how to improve your sleep from staff from CAMHS and the Center for Wellness and Health Promotion. Staff will answer and lead a discussion tailored to your sleep concerns.
Harvard undergrad and graduate students only.
