Barre workouts are one of the hottest trends, delivering incredible body-changing results with a low impact workout that is approachable for all fitness levels and ages. Barre Above is a combination of Yoga, Pilates, Strength Training and Ballet. After a hearty warm-up, grab a chair or your kitchen counter to act as a barre for the signature "standing legs series" followed by short segments of upper body and core work. We'll utilize traditional pulsing as well as a variety of ranges of motion to tone and lengthen the muscles of your entire body. You may also want a yoga mat or a beach towel for the core exercises on the floor.
