We invite Harvard students to join Ho Family Student Guide Hannah Gadway ’25 for this special seminar to gaze with wonder at Sargent’s paintings, sketchbooks, and other objects from the museums’ extensive Sargent collection and to learn about the artist’s deep relationship with Harvard and Greater Boston. Spotlighted works will include rarely exhibited studies for major paintings held at the Museum of Fine Arts, Boston; Widener Library; and Eliot House. Gadway has studied and admired the work at Eliot House over the last few years, as a resident there.
