The Harvard University Music Department and Office for the Arts co-host a conversation with Fall 2022 Vosgerchian Teaching Award recipient Tania León. León is a Pulitzer Prize-winning composer, conductor, and educator, a founding member of the Dance Theatre of Harlem, and the founder/Artistic Director of Composers Now. Earlier this year, the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts announced León as one of five Honorees who will receive the 45th Kennedy Center Honors for lifetime artistic achievements this December.

Graduate students Eloy Ramirez and Sara Speller will interview León, followed by a Q&A with the audience.

Open to Harvard students, faculty, and staff only.
