DANIELLE KWATENG is a journalist, editor, entrepreneur, and cultural critic. Born to two Ghanaian immigrants, she’s worked at Glamour, Essence, and VICE in various editorial capacities throughout her career. Currently, Danielle serves as the Culture & Entertainment Director at Teen Vogue.
KEVIN LOZANO is associate literary editor at The Nation. He previously wrote for Pitchfork and his work has appeared in GQ, Bookforum, Artforum, Vice, and other outlets.
ARJUN RAM SRIVATSA is a visuals editor at Condé Nast, where he makes animations and videos for Pitchfork, GQ, The New Yorker, and more.
Kevin and Arjun co-host the podcast/newsletter Diversity Hire, which interviews one journalist of color each week about their experiences in the media industry and ideas for fixing its lack of diversity.
